Individual therapy offers a place to pause and reconnect with yourself, your needs, and what brings you meaning. Our sessions might include tending to old wounds, celebrating your queerness, and reconnecting with what makes you feel most alive and you. This space is an invitation to show up in your wholeness, at your own pace.
In-network with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO. Out-of-pocket rate is $150.

Every relationship holds a rhythm of its own. In our work together, we’ll explore what helps that rhythm feel steady, connected, and alive. Through an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach, we’ll tend to patterns of communication, intimacy, and desire. This is a space for inviting vulnerability, repair, and joy. I welcome monogamous, non-monogamous, and non-traditional relationship structures of all kinds, always grounded in curiosity, respect, and care.

A supportive, forward-focused, goal-oriented space for Queer folks to explore sex, sexuality, and gender identities and expressions. Coaching helps you clarify goals, build confidence, and take steps toward living more authentically.
Each session is virtual, intentional, and focused on growth, exploration, and connection — a space to try new ideas, navigate relationships, and embrace your queer journey on your terms.
Standard rate for coaching is $120 per session, and each session is 50-55 minutes.
